If there installed CCTV cameras on site in a pc & there are four pc on the site, how can we modify cctv pc as a server pc & another pc as a LAN pc because I wish to operate the CCTV cameras on client end. It is possible by configure static IP & port forwarding so please send detail how can I do IP configure & port forwarding.

If the cameras are direct lan connected, their manual should tell you how to set their IP.
For the pc's, I would see what their IP is now, then go into the network settings and set the IP to fixed using the same IP info.
You then can set your router to not offer DHCP, especially if woreless. This closes one major weakness in wireless sites.

use DHCP and define mac reservation for IP of cctv camera.
