...I remember this movie; an ex-girl-friend of mine made me sit through this screwball romantic comedy....and surprise!!! It was actually pretty good!!!
You're talking about the Aussie-flavored charmer, entitled "Welcome to Woop! Woop!", from 1997; I almost had a tough time looking this one up, as I thought that the lead was played by actor Peter Gallagher, whom the REAL lead sorta looks like.
