Let's examine the word Truth. If a one's judgement and reality meet then Truth exists. Formula then follows:

Judgement + Reality = Truth
Reality = Truth - Judgement

Can you perceive of whether somebody is saying the truth or not? If yes, then that is the proof that Reality exists because first what is presented to you is reality devoid of any judgement. In fact, Reality can exist without your Judgement, yet Truth cannot exist if Reality and Judgement do not exist at the same time.

Reality is a system of conceptual images, in our memory,

that are used as a base of understanding, that enables us to

understand, explain and predict all phenomena experienced or to

understand why it was not predicted. This system is not fixed,

it is a variable. It changes as we learn. The changes that we

experience are normally minor. These minor changes to most

people, occur frequently, less frequently as we get older.

These changes occur when new information does not fit

logically into our now existing system. These changes also

result in stress. The level of stress is dependent on 3 things.

1 The amount of change needed to accommodate the new information.

2 The level of importance placed on the new information.

3 The availability of, or the difficulty in the formulation of,

the new system needed to accommodate the new information.

The above information was taken from a document written and registered by me as "Unit Unity Community" with the LOC in 1987.

"Cogito, ergo sum" (Latin: "I think, therefore I am")
or Dubito, ergo cogito, ergo sum
(Latin: "I doubt, therefore I think, therefore I am")
is a philosophical statement used by René Descartes,
which became a foundational element of Western philosophy.

"I know I can think, therefore I must exist.
If I exist there must be a reality."
