I think that women should learn womanly duties, but she needs to have some schooling in case something happens to her husband someday. She might need to take care of her self and her children. But, homeschooled children can turn out to be just as educated as children in public schools.

Of course, it's best for women to be in the home, but just in case she needs to support her family, she needs some education.

If the public school system is good, that is where all children should be (for those families who can't afford private school, that is). If the public school system doesn't help the children, they should be homeschooled with boys and girls learning the same things. Girls need to learn as much math and science, etc. as boys do. Boys need to learn to cook and clean, etc. as much as girls do. If boys don't learn those "womanly skills", how do you ever expect them to be able to live on their own? They'd continually be running back to mommy to do their laundry for them, cook their meals and having mommy go to their apartments to clean up after their little boys who are supposed to be adults.

Womanly duties? Those duties belong to men to, or do you still live with your mother? Of course girls should go to school. Ignorance is the fall of any empire.

Go to hell. It's not like females don't deserve REAL education. Life is about more then being locked away to be someone slave all your life. It's about living. And it's not like theres such a thing as 'womanly duties' because males can, should and DO do it too! They can clean, they cook, they go out shopping. Although the only reason you think other wise is because you can't, because your too pathetic, weak, lonesome and lazy to get off your azz and do something constructive

Who cares what kind of mother you are talking about...what do you mean "womanly duties?" Are you a neanderthal? You have GOT to be alone and will most likely remain so if you expect a servant. Men like you drive woman to the other side, I swear!

I think all people need to be in school. It's important to get an education, all the other things can be done when you have spare time. Also there are heaps of places out there who make a living out of doing "domestic" duties, so you can pay someone to do those things.

I think the world would be much better off with the latter. I believe so much is screwed up because kids no longer grow up with that nurturing that only a mother can provide. That is the GREATEST job performance ever!

Public Schools. We deserve a complete education by someone who is trained and qualified!
