Im thirteen and i just noticed that i have little pimple looking like things on the edge of my bladder and around it, is this normal or is it a disease or something, please answer soon im beginning to worry

If there are so many pimples, it may be a disease or something, but if it is only few, then it is normal.

dude i wouldn't worry, unless your having sex... Probably just hair follicles, that are becoming more active during puberty
