Yes, there is true love, but it's something that two people create, rather than a destiny thing. If two people are kind and considerate, willing to compromise with each other, their relationship is more likely to become "true love" over time. I guess that then will feel like destiny, because it is all of our destiny to become more kind, loving, and unselfish.

I think most often what teenagers think is a soul mate, is really just the first stage of romantic love... being "in love" is an unreal feeling that someone is perfect for you. It is just a stage that will pass. "True love" comes after that, after you both know each other's faults and accept and love each other in spite of them. That takes maturity.

I know many women who completely don't believe they are beautiful, but their husbands just think they are adorable and sexy, just as they are. IMO, many nurturing men are attracted to women who don't think they are beautiful. However, there are some men who are attracted to women with poor self- esteem because they know they can push them around. You really need to use your brain when choosing a mate... don't just settle for whoever happens to get a crush on you or ask you out.

It's a good idea to choose a "soul mate" based on how they treat other people (not just you), and also how compatible your beliefs and goals are.

Best wishes! xo

*Yes, true love is real.
*Soul mates are true
*Love in general is true
*It is different when you like someone a lot and when you really love that someone.. you'll feel it! <3
*With time, while you get to know better each other.

*I've heard that a lot a lot!!!!!!! I have had several self esteem problems when I was between ages 12 - 15 (now18) and my friends used to tell me that but I didn't pay too much attention to them. Time passed and now I love myself more, I find myself pretty, I know I look better and I have been told SEVERAL times that I am beautiful (in comparasion with before) and those who knew me before stay like WHAT? and say that I have changed a lot and that I look beautiful. I've got compliments from people that I would never expected to get and I get them often now. So I guess that yes... somewhat it is true that the way you feel about yourself can influence in other's point of view about you. I am not saying that my sel esteem problems are 100% cured, but it is much better! now I don't feel unwortly and depressed as I used to ^_^

Soulmates do exist. It doesn't have to a romantic relationship, just a high level of compatibility. True love does exist; it's what makes the world turn.

Yes there is. The proof is in what sacrifices you are willing to make for that special person. Love amounts to sacrifice of all kinds.
