One possibility is that of pimples, the other is that you may have discovered a set of glands down in your vulvar (the external genital area) called the Bartholin's glands.
I would recommend checking with your dr as well to see what they say.

Razor burn? Maybe you should get checked out just to be safe. I don't mean that in a bad way, I think that the majority of STD's can be treated with antibiotics. You have to remember that even when you practice safe sex parts of your genital area still comes in contact with thiers. And genital warts especially can be spread by this contact.

you should make an appointment to see your ob/gyn. It may be nothing serious. But if it is, its better to have it taken care of right away so not to create more problems.
Also if you use shave gel/ wax / hair remover creme/gel maybe it could be irritating your skin or something?? But definately go to the Dr's asap just incase!!

my guess would be genital warts go to your doc and have it taken care of, don't wait it can cause abnormal paps and a lot of worry down the road.

HPV... otherwise known as genital warts. im sure you always use protection 100% of the time.
