Hello, a realistic question from a 13 year old? I must be dreaming! My compliments on your maturity and intelligence.
First of all forget a "small part." Those go to the people who are more serious about it. But you have a real shot at being an extra. Every state has a government agency that deals with movies. If you can contact them you can find out what movies are being shot and when in your area. There are also agencies that deal with this but I'd be careful. There isn't really all that much where you live. You could find yourself wasting your money or being flat out robbed. If anyone wants more than 25 bucks or so to sign up forget them. Good luck with this. Extra work can be a fun experience.

Hi,

Some actors make their living by doing mostly extra work.

Go to this page on my site: http://www.actingcareerstartup.com/how_to_get_an_agent.html . You'll see what you can do to get an agent. When you are following those steps and when you are looking for specific types of agencies, look for those that specialize in extra work.
It might take a little time to set that up, but you will be happy you did. Provided you have all the right characteristics and that you have done your work well that I suggest in the guide, you should be able to get pretty consistent work as an extra.

You might also want to download a free resource I have created. It's a 28-page booklet called: What It Takes To Become An Actor. Just sign in and you can download it for free.

Lastly, you can submit yourself for jobs online: Here is a list of websites through which you can submit yourself. It's not as good as having an agent, but I have gotten some audtions and jobs this way. I use nycastings and actorsaccess mostly. I have found that with two or three of these sites, I'm pretty much covered with regard to the important auditions that are out there. Once you start checking too many different sites, you find that there is a lot of repetition.

Typically Casting Directors calls the Extras, not a Talent Agent.

Actors do not need an agent to be a Movie Extra.
Contact the company that hires themovie extras.

You are a MINOR, you will not be hired. Producers can't risk you getting hurt. Wait until you are older if you want to be an Extra.

You are 13 and probably will not be able to work as an Extra.

there are usually casting companies you can go through that deal with those kind of things. ive done extra work in the past. it's not the same thing as having an agent. they're usually companies who focus on extras only and are useful in finding jobs. look online or in the phonebook and see if there are any in your area.
