Gala is the sweetest, or at least my favorite.
Sour I try to avoid???? I have never heard of Ginger Gold, York, Winesap, Stayman or Rome. (maybe rome??)
I must live in a very different area from you. We have many options, but they are very different from the ones you've noted.
