see this is a question every Indian asks to another and to himself . Every one knows it's answer but shy. This questions answer is simple . You should not give incentive or encouragement to corruption by paying bribe or doing anything that is corrupt. But it is very difficult if you live like this , you have to face problems everywhere . I may give you an eg.
a person is going somewhere through train .
in route Ticket checker desires you ticket and by the way you have lost it . What will you prefer, giving some 50Rs to Ticket checker or giving 200Rs to railway board. i am sure 99% people will prefer giving some 50Rs to Ticket Checker . that's where the problem arises .thinking like this is the root of prevalence of corruption
so if you are in1% people which prefered giving 200Rs to railway board you are trying to make india corruption free.But you know only 1% can't doo anything.
so,the best way is explaining people the need of making INDIA free of corruption and i am sure if everyone is aware like you the future of india is secure

The evil for the degradation of indian politics is the lack of morals. People are immoral? Congress is Immoral as they cannot defend Sonia to be their president. Can they. BJP is Immoral as, they told one thing and they have done something else. Communists are nothing but the most irresponsible politial party India have. Rest all are regional parties. Any party is made of people. Politics in india, are like the profit earning positions. People consider the govt as the profit earning body. That is the main problem. There must be a check on these people, by some eternal body or agency to kick these peoples asses when ever they default. The people who are thinking of politics are just thinking them of the profits they can earn by entering them. So, motto of joining the politics by itself is becoming immoral. People are immoral and as per the Survival of the fittest ideology, the fittest immoral will become the leader. There must be some great person who has to revolutionarice the thinking of these idiot politicians.
