I'm afraid its your contact lenses. It doesn't have to be the case that you're not keeping them clean, or you're not washing your hands... it could be other things 1. after you wash your hands, before touching the lenses, you gotta DRY your hands. If you don't, normal water from the tap (fosset in americano) contains bacteria which are terrible for the eye! 2. You've developed an autoimmune reaction (don't worry, not all autoimmune reactions are Aids or anything like aids) to the lenses, this means you have to forget about the lense for a month or three, and then start of brand new, make sure u dont damage your eyes. You'll feel like a real silly billy if you lose your sight coz of contact lens problems. u gotta se an opthalmologist, and also a general physician (first) coz it might be the case, that it's not the eyes at all. musicimps answer is very good. what a lil imp!

Mine used too when i would stay on the computer for like 6 hours at a time. Now they are just burning because I have been crying and I am tried but I can't sleep because I accidently killed my kitten

Mine are as well. Sometimes I forget to blink. But I always keep a bottle of Visine handy.

They say you should look away for 15 seconds every 30 minutes to help with bad eye sight. hope that helps.

LOL yes these contacts are a bit overused. And i've been sitting here so long i've lost feeling in my toes. And i'm not feeling any better than when i sat down =(
