Telling my parents and friends exactly what they've meant to me.
Saying things to people I've loved or had feelings for that I could never say due to a lack of courage.
Doing things I've always wanted to do but have never had the time.
Praying and reading the Bible.
Living up to Christ's standard.
Helping those that are in need.
Finding people that I've personally wronged in the past and apologizing to them.
Being without regrets.

Exactly the way I'm going to- anyway. The Reality IS, every DAY of our lives- is "uncertain". If you're "not ready" to die in 20 minutes- then you're not enjoying every second of your life- NOW. NONE of us "KNOWS" how much time we have left... For example, -Imagine THIS: You're happily married; have your first kid on the way; It's a beautiful late Summer's morning; and you just got a BIG promotion & your first Office- in what you think is the BEST place in the World to work at. You're EXACTLY where you want to "be" at this time in your life... -In otherwords, you have it "all"... -And your watch says it's "8:40 AM"; and your Datebook says it's "Tuesday, September 11th, 2001". And the Address on your Business cards say you're at "22 World Trade Center, Tower One". ... The bottom line IS; if you aren't WHERE you want to BE- then you're living the WRONG life.

Nothing too embarrassing since you just never know. It would suck if I do something really stupid and find out I'm not going to die after all. May be I'll just do this Yahoo Answer thing for a year.

Painting, painting, painting, painting, all in between phone calls to loved ones. Then I'd die and go to heaven. Jesus told me so. About going to heaven that is. He promised me, if I had faith in Him He would prepare a place for me.
So that's how I would spend my last year. Painting while I'm waiting to go home.

I would spend it with my family and making sure we had plenty of memories for them to have. I would probably be preparing some things as far as my children go and teaching my husband how to cook and do laundry LOL.
