I'm thinking weapon-wise. So if a missile had a 10kg of explosive, you would approximate blast radius as what? just a rought conversion is fine.

Explosives vary in strength.
If you're talking about missile payload, you're probably talking about something pretty 'hot`.
'Blast radius`, I will take to mean distance before the shock wave becomes sub-sonic.
For 10Kg. a very rough guess is about 6 M.
This does NOT mean 6 M. is a 'safe` distance, and does not take the casing fragments into account.
