Considering the average size of a parking lot, there aren't enough spaces for the disabled. My complaint is why do perfectly healthy people take the spaces. Could this be contributing to America's obesity?

Hello???! My father is 83 years old and he can barely freaking WALK, therefore he NEEDS handicapped parking so he doesn't have to walk as far. It's kind of obvious.
