Go ask Bill Clinton. He pardoned a few dozen of his cronies. So did Bush I. So did Reagan. So did Carter.
They all do it. It's the Golden Rule - "He who has the gold makes the rules."

Probably because people like you and I aren't registered Republicans.
The Democrats, however, make it easy for Bush and his cronies to do as they please. Just look at how Pelosi and Reid bent over backwards in the days after the election to reassure the Bush administration that they weren't interested in impeaching them!
Even today, as nearly half the country favors impeachment proceedings, the Democratic leadership is so utterly craven (and that includes the majority of their presidential candidates), they are actually publicly opposing taking any action against Bush and Cheney.
Thank god for people like Representative Henry Waxman who continues to fight these bastards!

actually it's not just his 'cronies'- he can pardon anyone convicted for a federal crime- he cannot pardon anyone convicte by a state court...don't know why, but it's in the Constitution- anyways, it's not just Bush- actually Bush has used that power WAY less than other presidents- take clinton for example, that bstrd gave like 150 pardons in the 11th hour to way worse people- now THAT'S shady!

properly, Mexicans make up close to 80% of all illegals interior the U. S., not asserting that makes something suitable, in basic terms pointing out actuality. regrettably the main purpose of ICE is to search out people who've over stayed their VISA, I had a chum who replaced into married to a guy from El Salvador, this guy although legally married to a US Citizen over stayed his visa and had not replace into an American citizen, one morning at approximately 3am a dozen plus ICE brokers smashed interior the front door with weapons drawn terrified the mans 3 youthful babies and his spouse, took him to penitentiary and rapidly deported him and the unlawful around the corner, who had by no skill had a visa, who had entered the rustic illegally and replaced into nevertheless unlawful replaced into left to his very own instruments. Our government desires ot get their head out of their rear on the subject of illegals, if any regulation is going to be made it could stick to to those that got here right here legally first, efforts could desire to be made to discover and deport people who're interior the U. S. illegally and then think of approximately giving preparation and different advantages to anchor toddlers.
