Does anyone know of a free online vb 6 guide for beginners? I took a course on vb 6 about 3 years ago and i forget everything (except what the interface looks like :) ). I'm not interested in learning any other program nor converting to vb net or 2005 or whatever is. I've got a copy of the program so all that's left is putting it to good use.

Thanks ladies and gents...

But the best is to look at other's code and learn from that, and you'll love this: http://www.planetsourcecode.com ..when I was first learning to program that was an amazing site with code to do just about anything. I haven't touched VB since the late 90s, but vb is quite easy to use - so if you look at others code and know some of the basic elements you'll get the hang of it quickly.

I really recommend you to start learning some version of Visual Studio Express Edition But if you have to program in visual Basic 6 I can send you a manual by email

Depends on how much BASIC you know. If you just want to start relearning by their structure, MS has a tutorial.
If you know some programming and want to take what you know into the morass of thousands of variations on functions, lots of luck.
