Yes, it's part of the anazing diversity of America.
Alot of foods are mainly from the South. Jambalaya, Gumbo, crawfish, peas and gritz.
Up North it's mostly pancakes, french toast, waffles, bacon and eggs, or any combination of those.

Gravy's not considered a breakfast food up north because you can't get gravy from bacon or eggs.

Strictly a Deep South thing. I've never had it north of Richmond, VA. You won't find grits, Moon Pies, or Mr. Pibb up here either.

Hell, I have no idea...I thought all there was to breakfast was B&G and grits. They don't even have grits! I think they must eat bagels or something.
