at my school, the SIA showed a bootleg copy of pirates of the carribean 3. how can i report him to the government or something

okay firstly, this SIA is a jerk and gets everyone in trouble so his record looks better, even the innocent
also, i didnt watch it part of the class went on a field trip but the rest stayed and told me about it

Make an anonymous report of the illegal copy of the movie so that an arrest will be conducted by the policemen.

It probably would not make any difference, the anti piracy
laws are really meant to punish people that make and
sell copies or sell seats to show the movie. Schools
almost always get a break, in fact they may already
have written permission to make copies. If you are
going to make a charge of pirated copies you had
better be very certain that the did not get permission
to make those copies.
