you should be able to buy condoms....but you could go to the health deptartment and they will give you them for free

Relax. The cashier isn't going to bat an eye. Condoms are not a controlled substance.
Also, the cashier is making minimum wage and doesn't want to make a scene. Besides, he or she will have seen people buying things a hundred times more surprising than a box of condoms.

There is technically no age requirement to purchase condoms. However if the person is in elementary school and attempting to purchase condoms, my best bet is the store will contact the police (possible sexual abuse from adults could be involved in this situation) or they will just refuse to sell it to a person of such young age.

Anyone could buy condoms. There's no age restrictions. No one will ask you for I.D.

NO THEY MAY LOOK AT YOU WEIRD but I would imagine they will think that your taking some responsibility regardless if your young.
You don't have to be a curtain age to buy condoms.

Go to the store pick them out and put them on the counter. Lubricated, reservoir tip condoms that are ribbed will cover all you needs.
