Your body is just not used to the intrusion. Most likely it is vaginal tearing. Take your time (and make sure he takes his) when he first enters. Use lubricated condoms and get some extra lube (KY jelly ios great, just don't use anything oil-based). It makes it all go a lot smoother. But definitely take time. There's no rush.
It may also still be your hymen. After the first time it could have healed a little and remained somewhat intact. Either way taking it slow will help.
Do talk to your doc about seeing a gyno. If you are old enough to be having sex you are old enopugh to take responsibility of your health. This is a major part of your health. Just tell your parents your doc thinks it's a good idea simply because of your age.
Now for the soapbox: If you are not using condoms please, please, please do. No matter what he says, how hard it may be for him to come with one, how much less he feels, whatever, just tell him he won't come or feel anything without one.
The risks of not using a condom are just not worth it no matter what. All it takes is once, oral, anal, or vaginal sex, to contract an STD. All it takes is once (vaginal) to get pregnant. All it takes to prevent most STDs (and all deadly STDs) and pregnancy is a simple little condom.
Trust me, any guy will happily wear one once he realizes it's the only way he'll get any. And if he claims a latex allergy there are condoms (Avanti) made without latex.

Sweetie it can be a number of things. One of many reasons can be (and I'm not saying this is you) a STD. Its something that you are going to have to consult your doctor on because in no way shape or form should sex hurt, make you uncomfortable, or make you bleed. As I said, no one can really tell you other than your doctor and only you know everything that happened during intercourse. I hope this helps!! There is a website that can kind of give you a little test and then give you some answers. That would be www.webmd.com. This is a great source for medical questions and something I use frequently

How far apart were these experiences...? if the 2nd time was within a day or two after your first time, you could still be healing...
You're also pretty young... be careful
