Ok this might sound mean but I mate mine and my kids and just throw hubbys in the drawer........he is grown he can match his own socks

I have a really bad habit of not mating my socks and wearing two socks that are different colors. It drives my friends crazy, but I like being eccentric.

They are all black and basically the same. I just wait until my husband screams and then finally get around to taking the "wild sock" box out of the house so I can vaguely tell one slightly patterned black sock from another.

They all go in a big bin and i pick em out when i need em in the morning. Usually i get mismatched socks.. like one white and one grey... but i wear em anyay. It's more fun to stir things up a little :)

They generaly come out paired, but get all mixed in the drawer. :P

I just sort them, count how many I put in and hope I get that many out.

I stack them neatly with all of the toes/heels lined up.
