when do we change our clocks one hour back?

In England we will change back at 1 am on Sunday October 28th 2007:

Up until 1997 we changed on the 4th Sunday of October, but that was then amended in consultation with the European Union to the final Sunday, effectively ruling out Oct 22, 23 and 24 as dates on which the change could then occur and restricting the choice to dates between 25th and 31st October inclusive.

Summer time dates, 1998 and thereafter

The European Union has now adopted The Ninth European Parliament and Council Directive on Summer Time Arrangements in which it states that summer (or daylight saving) time will be kept between the last Sunday in March to the last Sunday in October.
