You may buy and download the original font from "linotype" at: http://www.linotype.com/250/chiller-family.html . The cost is 26,18 Euros.
Modified versions under the same name are floating around on the net which may be downloaded free of cost like from this site: http://www.fontfiles.com/Fonts/Detailed/1039.html .

The font's name is CH I LLER. I have it as a True font in the Picture It Publishing Program through Microsoft. (Put the space between the I and L so you could read it better. LOL)

did not recognize as a font. look more like a photoshop makeover.
