It sounds like a clinical depression. It has all the characteristics - the hopelessness, the lack of interest ... The ups and downs mood swings could indicate it is more - bipolar disorder. Have you talked to a Dr? With medication, it is very treatable in most cases. Pax - C

Wonderful question there.
Any one 'on the path' can relate to you.
The fear of disconnection, make us disconnected even more, as it is only fear that disconnects us, so give up that fear.
As for disconnection itself, as long as you keep 'plugging in' back, again and again you are fine.
Make sure to ask for 'divine intervention' each time you feel you are disconnecting or disconnection. With divine intervention it only takes a moment, sometimes only a simple prayer flung up to the heavens.
The more you experience the light, the more its absence will disturb you, the more you get used to being part of the flow, the more being out of it will feel painful to you, gradually you will learn to stay connected all the times.
Each disconnection only makes the connection stronger as you resolve more strongly then, to stay connected.
And seeing your depression over it, I sense you are a very 'connected' person.
Keep going, and God bless...

You need to whip that depression side of things. 5 gratitude affirmations morning, 5 nights.
As for the disconnects, it happens, but solitude can help get you centered again.

my friend I think you need to find people around you who support you and can relate you, people who can understand your ideas and thoughts so that they can remind you of who you are..........everybody needs someone who they feel has their back and faith in them......if it still persists after that then the vitamin thing might be an explanation or other chemical imbalances but don't be so quick as to jump to conclusions.........
