Walgreen's is just some store that sucks. If there's any kind of holiday coming up, they usually have some sort of talking display that repeats the same thing over and over again. The cashiers are painfully slow and they get even slower when they answer their cellphones while they're ringing you up.

I saw some sort of Christmas cake for sale there in the summer. I was actually so amused that I bought it. It turned out to be gross, so I read the box to find out what was in it and saw that it was expired.

It's a pharmacy that expanded into a kind of a convenience department store. You can get about anything you'd think of at Walgreens. So you can go pick up your cholesterol medicine and buy a bag of reese cups while you're there!

Walgreens is a drugstore. No, they don't sell street drugs. They sell candy, chips, gift cards, greeting cards, school supplies, milk, nail polish, shampoo, soap, body wash, cold medicine, knee highs, scrubs, food, drinks, etc.

I love that store. They have great rebate deals every month. You can get a few things free. You pay for them, send in your receipt and the rebate form, and they send you back a check for the price you paid.
