Cut down on caffeine and or sugar your brain is having a hard time processing information. It's like your home computer running slower because of a virus. Slow down and start eating more healthy you will notice a change almost immediately.

Yeah, but it's bc I've got 5% hearing loss in my left ear. I had really bad ear infections as a baby.
