Not only does the RKO stand for the initials of Orton, but is also a play on one of the name's that Orton's finisher has gone by. The move was once called the TKO (There have been many different TKO's, but this name is the only one that could have been played like that...).
Plus, what else would he have called it, a Orton Cutter instead of the Diamond Cutter?
