I just go with the moment - Yeah, it's nice to try to cheer yourself up, but letting yourself hurt is good for you. I'll go on itunes and create a quick playlist of sad songs to make me feel better. Jesus Christ by Brand New is a good one. Radiohead has some good ones. Needle in the Hay by Elliot Smith is good, too.

"JUST WAIT" (Blues Traveler)
If ever you are feeling like you’re tired
And all your uphill struggles leave you headed downhill
If you realize your wildest dreams can hurt you
And your appetite for pain has drinken it’s fill
I ask of you a very simple question
Did you think for one minute that you are alone
And is your suffering a privilege you share only
Or did you think that everybody else feels completely at home
Just wait
Just wait
Just wait
And it will come
If you think I’ve given up on you you’re crazy
And if you think I don’t love you well then you’re just wrong
In time you just might take to feeling better
Time is the beauty of the road being long
I know that now you feel no consolation
But maybe if I told you and informed you out loud
I say this without fear of hesitation
I can honestly tell you that you make me proud
Just wait
Just wait
Just wait
And it will come
Just wait
Just wait
Just wait
And it will come
If anything I might have just said has helped you
If anything I might have just said helped you just carry on
Your rise uphill may no longer seem a struggle
And your appetite for pain may all but be gone
I hope for you and cannot stop at hoping
Until that smile has once again returned to your face
There’s no such thing as a failure who keeps trying
Coasting to the bottom is the only disgrace
Just wait
Just wait
Just wait
And it will come
Just wait
Just wait
Just wait
And it will come
Just wait
Just wait
Just wait
And it will come
it's gotten me through some pretty tough times

Well, if you want to get even more depressed you could hear:
Roads - Portished
Speed Dial no 2 - Zero 7
Iris - Goo Goo Dolls
Wake me up when September ends - Green Day
My paper heart - The All-American Rejects
The Faraway voice - Katie Melua
Lacrimosa - Mozart's Requiem
(and a bunch of others...)
If you want to get strong again, that you should listen:
Video - India Arie
Sunrise - Norah Jones
Crawling up a hill - Katie Melua
Judge Me - Sia Furler
You're the Top - Ella Fitzgerald (Written by Cole Porter)
And, as said, a bunch of others... :)

I listen to Ben Folds/Ben Folds Five...it's crazy it seems like he's been through everything I've been through... just find an artist that you can connect to... I also listen to Blues Traveler and The Beatles... Some music when I am angry and depressed and just want to let it all out is anything hard core... slip knot... disturbed.... korn... just anything that I can blast and think about stuff to... sometimes just the right song on the radio helps too.

Try listening to something that will cheer you up so you wont be so depressed. Listening to all that sad music will just put you in a worst mood. Cheer up and have a great night!

Jinks ft beautiful - wish you Die. I pay attention to it because of the fact it makes me happy. It in basic terms makes me sense greater proper whilst i think of appropriate to the situations my boyfriend cheated on me. For some reason it particularly makes me happy. Btw it truly is particularly an particularly good music.

when i get really sad, i'll listen to any muse song. um, some really good sad songs are stellar by incubus, under the bridge and porcelain by the red hot chili peppers (my personal favourites), talk by cold play, if you can only see by tonic, runaway train by soul asylum...i think the best thing to do is listen to cheery music when your sad because it cheers you up :)
so yeah!!
