No, I'd raise them to make better decisions than that.

Send them to war?? No. They would make the decision to join the service on their own. If my son or my daughter decided that they wanted to follow in their grandfather's footsteps and join the military, i would be so very proud of them...and heartbroken at the same time. i would support the decision...it is their own to make. But i would so very sorely miss them if they were shipped out. i HAVE thought about the possibility. i do not dwell on it though, because it makes me want to cry. But the intense feeling of patriotic pride in a parent's heart to know that their child loves this great country enough to be willing to serve it to the highest extent, well, that would be unspeakable. Such a roller coaster of emotions. sorry this answer is so long...
Best wishes!

Yes, if that war is justifiable by all means. However, we are in a war against the forces of satan. We need God to help us in this battle. I am ready to sarifice my life as well to protect our God-given freedoms, especially answering on Yahoo! Answers. Also, I will allow them to go into war, if the enemy is Zac Efron & Vanessa Anne Hudgens.

You have to be at least 18 years old-- an ADULT-- in order to even enlist.. so no parent sends their child off to war-- that child goes voluntarily!
