I have 4 kids and they are not nearly as annoying as my husband is

Children are born innocent. Their behaviour is then determined by several factors:
1. Basic needs - food, sleep, shelter
2. Physical - growth eg new teeth
3. Emotion - love
4. Role Models - are the significant people (Parents) in their lives caring for them?
5. Sibling relations - getting on with brothers/sisters/cousins etc
It's important to love the child but not their behaviour. Perhaps a hug does more than a scolding.

It depends on the child, but in most cases, I would say no, because at one point or another, we were all babies and toddlers, and we annoyed the ever-loving **** out of everyone we came across with incessant whining, complaining, et al (though not yours truly, as I was the perfect little angel my parents envisioned I would be), but in the end, they eventually grow out of it; so, again, in most cases, I would say that babies and toddlers are not annoying.

Some kids are but I like babies and most kids.

I can't stand the sound of babies crying or kids whinning but I do like kids and babies, only if they are well behaved. I do want kids when I get older.

They're adorable.
That said, they should have an island all to themselves with people on it to raise them so that the rest of us who want to keep our hearing, perfect olfactory senses, and un-broken feet from painfully accidentally crunching small toys - can live in peace.
I thank the inattentive parents at restaurants all over the US for ketchup stains on my pants, reduced hearing in both ears, and to one very special set of parents in Detroit, MI: No worries, I was able to get the gum out of my hair after your kid climbed over the backrest at that restaurant and stuck it in my hair. I didn't need those extra 4" of hair, the shorter 'do is perfect for summer.

Kids/babies are adorable and a lot of fun to be around...unless you're on a long flight and someones child is in the seat behind you screaming and kicking. Then, not so adorable... :)

i think little kids are annoying when their parents don't discipline them in public.... there is no reason for a kid to be yelling at his or her parents

I love em!!
they are the cutest things!!
people have to understand that babies are small.
they dont understand what theyre doing until later.
so they might seem annoying but i still love em!!
kissing them is so yummy!!
