If someone is saying they want to go home and that there cold are they bragging or complaining?

no thats whining.
unless you live where majority of people dont own heaters
theyr just complaining so just tell them to suck it up

Why in the world would you ask if that was bragging? All that is is complaining. How would someone saying that they are cold and want to go home as bragging .....unless you think that she is saying she is cold and wants to go home so you can cuddle up with her and be intimate? I don't really see what you are trying to get at.

Home from where? Is it cold where you are?
If someone is cold and/or tired and wants to go home now, that seems to be a statement of facts. Not bragging, nor complaining.

Complaining...They dont like the present condition they are in....Bragging is when you say something you have is better than someone elses...Such as my car is way better than yours...that is bragging....I hate it here..is a complaining statement.....I'm cold i want to go home...is a complaining statement...

Bragging? If they said they wanted to go home to their mansion in their limo, that's bragging. What this person is doing is complaining or whining.

It's complaining. Bragging is when you embellish on a story about yourself and your accomplishments or someone you know, like your son or daughter. Complaining fits your story perfectly =]

they're complaining. bragging is when you tell people about your accomplishments hoping to get them jealous. complaining is when things arent going your way and you decide to let everyone know that you are p!ssed about it.
