I've been looking forever for a job in a barn. I live next door to Elmhurst and wouln't want to travel over 35 minutes away. Who needs help? I've got experience. I could groom, muck, feed, tack, anything!! Oh, and I'm an 18 year old girl.

Go to the library, there are places in Kane and Grundy county that would have jobs like those you are looking for. The library would have their local news papers and be able to help you research that information. They'd be more than happy to help you.

Type in western chicago horse barns on the net and see what you come up with! I tried it and a few different ones came up, then some of them have phone #'s and emails you can contact them through!

only ones i know of are in clarendon hills, i think that's arabian nights, and janesway in west chicago. either one would be within your travel time.
