I think Winnie is okay as a nickname for a longer name, but try to picture an adult with the name Winnie. . .
Flinn is alright but I prefer the spelling Flynn

I like Flinn for a boy, but I could take or leave Winnie. Too many jokes ending in "the Pooh" are jumping into my head, sorry.

Winnie only as a nickname for Winnifred or Winona or maybe Winter
Flinn - I like Finn or Flynn better than Flinn

Not particularly. Winnie makes me think of Winnie the Pooh and Flinn, I just don't know.

I really like them both, Flinn is awesome, it is unique and interesting, Winnie is beautiful, the only downfall is I always think of that girl from the Wonder years. :)

Sorry, but not really. I immediately think of "Winnie the Pooh" and "Huckleberry Flinn" (yes, I realize there is an extra L, but that's what I think of.)

Winifred is the long version of Winnie- unless it is a family name I wouldn't burden my child with it. (Winnie the pooh, whinny as in a horse?)
I like the spelling Flynn better and for a middle name.
But it is your opinion that really matters! Good luck to you!

Winnie- no.
Flynn could be ok depending on your last name and what middle name you put with it.
