i went to kmart and within a three day period wrote 3checks that all bounced one check went through but the other 2 never went through how do i fix this as my address on my check is old and i have a new address. how do i pay the money back if they cant get ahold of me? should i contact them and send them the money?

contact them. They may automatically redeposit. Most stores do...but if you contact them, there will be no confusion on the matter.

You need to call, then go to KMart. They will have your checks. You will owe them the amount of your checks and the NSF fee. Be sure when you pay KMart they return the checks or copy of the checks to you-whatever the bank returned to them. If you don't pay them, they will ruin your credit.

Yes, you need to contact KMart and arrange a payment plan with them to get it taken care of before they turn them over to collections. Which you don't want to happen!

Oh yes mam.. They will find ya, and U dont want that.. Call them and set up some kind of arrangements to pay these checks. If not they will put a warrent out for your arrest.

Don't wait for them to contact you. Go into the store and take care of the bad checks.

I would call the store and ask to speak with a manager. Ask him/her what you need to do. Try to get a receipt after you reimburse them. You may also have to pay a bounced check fee to K-Mart.

There are customer service lines for this. Call Kmart and tell them the situation. They will work with you.

Defiantly contact them. If you don't they can press charges and you will go to jail.
