I am sure some schools have Retail Management degrees. My school had Business Administration and Business Management degrees (both which can be used if you want to run a store). However, I would recommend that you work in a retail store for a while to see if you would really want to do that for the rest of your life. I was an Assistant Manager at an office supply store and I absolutely hated it. You work 50+ hours a week, have customers yelling at you all day long complaining about things you probably don't have control over, it will be difficult to find time to eat (I lost 12 lbs in three months), and it will be very difficult to take vacations. Even though my store sold office supplies I couldn't take vacations around the holiday season. In addition, I was told to have my old sister reschedule her wedding so that I could work.

I am not trying to dissuade you from going into retail management if you have your heart set on it. But as I said, I would try out retail work first (it will look good on your resume if you want to go into management later). Also, talk to different people in management at local stores to get their opinion on the retail life.
