Remember in the bible when Adam & Eve ate the fruit from the tree of all knowledge of Good and Bad and they found out that they were naked, what do you think will happen if we took another bite from that fruit? What could we find out next?

Excellent question. Obviously it was something so important that God never gave them the chance to try it and find out. Maybe it was how to become Gods themselves? Immortality? Or - maybe it was who dies in the last Harry Potter book. Pax - C

Do you think that you have not eaten that fruit yourself so far.. ??

as u say .... Adam & Eve ate the fruit from the tree of all knowledge of Good and Bad and they found out that they were naked"...
This given the thought shows that Tree of Knoledge of... what,,, which knowledge ..

the knowledge about your own self .. when you are born you are told that you need to wear clothes , you have to behave like this, you have to say ,talk or not like this or not...

The knowledge you are given like this conditions you .. before the knowledge was give to you.. you were in Paradise.. Happy.. innocent...

the moment you are given the knowledge or eat the fruit from the Tree of knowledge, you loose yourself, your innocence and you are having a Mask of society, culture,

Your whole life you hanker for the happiness you enjoyed as child...
but mask is so glued to you that you may die but mask will not go...

the moment you are able to throw the mask you are in paradise ...

so it is not question of taking bite from that fruit , you have already taken the bite now only you have to learn how to remove that mask.

Not being a Christian perhaps i donot understand the question fully or understand at all.

Do I understand that only after the fruit was eaten by the "made For Each Other First Coule" they knew what it is to be naked or rather they learnt what it is to be naked? Since the tree of knowledge is , both, good and bad, what did they consider this nakedness to be ? Good or bad?

Presuming that the same friut has been kept unspoiled all these times one bite at that , I feel , God will reverse the role of man and woman . Only then man will realise the enrmous pain he caused to the female all these years. Imagine men in maternity wards feeding the kids, men in black veils, men being sexually assaulted.

My thoughts would be that they were given a chance to do what was right and not use their own will. Using your own will and not God's will results often in the wrong decision. God's point may have been the acceptance of right and wrong and knowing how to live the good life. Unfortunately for those who believe in Adam and Eve got screwed in the process of their decision making. For eternity that is. All of us.

Those were not all the things Adam and Eve were given. It was also the start of emotions...Greed, Jealousy, Anger, Frustration and Pain. The realization that now all things would have to be earned, be accomplished rather than given. They also learned that those things God gives he can also taketh away.
So to ask what can be learned now....if you read the bible you will see for it tells all that has happened and all that will happen.

Have you or someone you know ever done something that made you so ashamed that you covered your faced with your hands?

In this manner, previous to their disobedience, these two didn't have anything to be ashamed of -- now, after having disobeyed, their consciences were soiled and they felt naked, exposed before God's eyes.
God's representative (It seems) usually came to converse with them at the breezy time of the day. Thus they could hear him calling and walking about (if memory serves) -- this is what they couldn't face, his holiness looking at their glaring filthyness.

It wasn't that the fruit gave them special knowledge except that eating it changed everything in their minds, their own holiness gone, their own innocence gone, them being aware of their guilt and ,yes, nakedness. Because this was now filthy.

So, even if you had the fruit, which you may - we just don't know - it in itself is worthless. It is what it represented, respect for God, obedience to God and his rule, their own purity, that had worth -- more than gold.

I would guess that before they ate the apple they were walking the thin & narrow line of divinity. They wern't subject to good & bad because they thought nothing of it. When they ate the apple they were subject to good & bad. And If the apple continues to get eaten then we would learn more & more of both good & bad. If you think of it were somewhat bad & somewhat good. But we don't know just how evil that evil can get or how good that good can get. We can only be so mean until our concious gets to us. And we can only be so nice until we start feel like we are being taken advantage of..... Or can we?

God is this a great question...???Well I think that the apple didn't really reveal any information it was just a test of God to prove that he was the boss. The devil just helped them break the rules.(Like an older kid lowering the cookie jar:))Once Gods rules were broken he took away their pure perceptions of the world and that's why they saw themselves as naked.

I like the premise - it's been followed before.

But to abstract back from it a little for analogy:

Whenever science advances, quite often there is a price that gets paid. Maybe the scientist loses their life(ex. Marie Curie) or maybe destructive weapons are made before other useful items are made from the discovery. But then, after you have made the sacrifice, you might as well reap the benefit. So yeah, a couple of Nukes got dropped in history, but now we have nuclear power plants. Chemistry has provided us with explosives, but its also provided us with polymers to build things.

SO, we might as well keep biting the apple.

Nothing else, really.

Think of it as the first time you eat a peach. Once you know how the peach will taste, more bites will not lead to any additional knowledge of how a peach tastes.
