is there a way to add more sand in to aquarium that is full of water, fish and plants with out a mes. I got about 1 inch of sand but is to low. I am thinking about adding one more bag

Wash it well and leave it wet. it won't move round as much when you add it and you can add it by the hand full exactly where you want it.

Try putting wet sand into a small bowl and submerging it slowly into the tank. That way not only do you not have the mess you can place the sand were you want it with more control. Less stress on the inhabitants of your tank than dumping a bag in to your tank. Pouring dry sand is NOT a good idea. the "dust" from the sand can irritate the fish's gills, stressing them and possibly kill them. What ever method you try do it slowly!

you could keep the sand in the bag and submerge it underwater and then cut the bag open when you are at the bottom at the tank.

use a tube to get to the bottom ,a funnel to dump the sand into the tube ....do you get it
