Ok so what is your honest opinion about implants? The reason I am asking is because I like most women have one breast that is larger than the other. I am very self-conscious and just wanted to know what guy thought. Would you prefer a woman with small natural breasts or average (C to D cup) breasts that were implants? And thank you for your honest opinions and please try to keep the smart mouth responses to a minimum.

Ok I thank all the guys who have given their honest opinions. But I failed to mention that one breast is D/DD and the other one is a B. See my dilemma? And I am painfully uncomfortable with this situation.

Your situation is different from the women who augment the size of their breasts out of vanity. You have a valid reason for either breast augmentation, breast reduction, or a combination of both to achieve a degree of balance and symmetry. Nothing wrong with that. And, I can imagine that with the big difference in size, there could be a medical reason for doing something so that one side is not weighed down.
But, as a generic question, I don't find implants to have any value whatsoever if they are done for vanity only. There may be some professional reason for needed to have them, but for me the whole concept is revolting.

I've been with women with small and large breasts, as well as women with 'natural' breasts and women with implants. Doesn't particularly make a difference to me.
However, what does make a difference is how the woman feels about herself, and her bust can be part of that self image. I dated a woman with one breast a full cup size larger than the other, and she was very self-conscious, regardless of the positive feedback I gave her, to the point it affect our sex life.
Another woman I've dated had gone from a B to D cup and absolutely loved them and told me how much different she felt about herself and her body looking the way she wanted to.
Ultimately, you need to do what makes you feel good about yourself. You've certainly got nothing to be ashamed of, but if you are very self-conscious about your breasts and can't "just get over it" as some people here will suggest, getting implants can help make you feel better about yourself and more confident.
Be sure to do your research both in the types of procedures, the health risks and in finding a good doctor if you plan to do it.

Have you consulted a doctor about the rather large size difference? I am concerned that there may be a medical problem. Yes, it's normal for one breast to be larger than the other, but the difference is usually one cup size, not two or three. If everything checks out medically, them just stuff some padding in the side with the smaller breast so the bra fits better and don't worry about it. It may even out some in later years.
But PLEASE make sure ASAP there isn't something bad growing on the larger side or something inhibiting growth on the smaller side. Lack of symmetry to that degree just sets off all kinds of alarm bells for me. I fear you may have a problem more serious than deciding whther or not to get an implant. I hope I'm wrong.

Before I got married, I dated girls/women with large breasts (38DD) and small breasts (34B..or C?). The size of breasts do not make a woman a woman. I think a woman who has breast implants is shallow and vain with some serious personality problems. On the other hand, one of the ladies who worked for me in the Navy was built like Dolly Parton. She said her breasts made her very self conscious (that's what people saw first), her shoulder blades hurt from the bra straps and her back hurt because of the weight. When she had a breast reduction (36D) she felt so much better, physically and psychologically.
A friend of mine had VERY small breasts. She only wore a padded bra in the winter to keep her nipples warm. Her doctor told her as long as it felt good when her man caressed them not to worry. Her man didn't care. He was in love with HER, not parts of her body.
My first real love had one breast larger than the other (34B bra size). I teased her and said I'd pay more attention to the smaller (not much smaller) one to make it grow.
Be happy with what you have. You'll be a lot happier.

thier is noting wrong with average. what u have to think about is the long term as u get older. i saw apic of a old lady in live leake that has some implants and wearing a bikini.every thing is hanging except them looks nasty.good luck on ur decision.

i like smaller breasts, B for me are the best. something to consider, implants have a different feel to them, sometimes they even hang loose and you can tell they're not natural. depending on your body size, you may consider getting your later breast reduced to match yor smaller breast. in the long run, you and all they guys you'll be with later in your life would apprciate them more.

See that depends, what do you consider small? How tall are you? But if the only reason you wanna get them is because of the difference in size between them, then don't, I never looked at that as something that would stop from dating a girl and honestly unless the girl told me I never noticed it. You should only get them if you feel that they will make you happier, make you feel better about yourself, nobody else.

Please God, don't get implants. You dont need an implant if you have a difference in size between the breasts. If it is really noticeable and it bothers you, you can see a plastic surgeon....
But all natural all the way!

Well big(c-d size)boobs are good to see and most guys prefer big boobs but natural.Implants are not very good idea.Artificial boobs definetly looks good but going under knife is not advisable......In your case its different view as ur breasts very much vary in size u should get implants as it will raise ur confidence in yourself.So dont worry and get new pairs of boobs without any hesitation.

I like redheads first and then natural blondes. I also like women who have really dark hair but I'll go with another poster, legs are my favorite. I love to hear dumb blonde jokes but some of my friends who are female are blonde and there isn't any truth to the dumb blonde theory. Maybe it's the peroxide in the dye that makes the fake blondes dumb lol
