if i can't can some one tell me other program that is like the samething but it has to something that i can play cause i try to play but the computer says that d3dx_30.dell was not found and because of this i cant play so i want to know how can i fix this problem..

well no i dont have dx9 card but do i have to buy it or just download it i just want a program that makes my game play and not say the freaking message

You'll also need to install the very latest drivers for your video hardware (Before) you re-install DirectX9.

If you have Win XP just restore to a time when it didn't do that, or you can try running your OS disk and repairing your OS. You can try searching the Windows Support knowledge base with your problem. Usually a missing file like that is a pain to find and correct. It might be easier to reinstall your OS.
