How do i get a picture that is on my computer on to my cell phone as wallpaper?

If you have a cable that connects from your comp to the hone,u can use that.just plug it in..then go to ur picture..right click..send..(to the memory card of ur phone).. Otherwise,if u have infra-red port on ur comp/laptop and ur phone,just turn on the infra red on ur phone..aim it at the infra-red spot of ur comp..they should connect n u can transfer data over.. =)
