We can have sex into our 100's. If you're looking to find out what the longest amount of time a couple can have sex without a break -- I'd guess the world record would be around 24 hours. On average, I'd say anything over 90 minutes of straight sex (not including foreplay) would be considered long.

As in how long can you have sex throughout your life or how long can you have sex in one session?
To answer the first point, you can have sex as long as you're healthy. To answer the second question, I think it depends on your partner and how you work together.

Just relax, there is no time limit if you are legal. By legal I mean married, or of the age of consent, be careful what you give away, you might not be able to go back and reclaim it.
