You need to find a Grief and Loss counsellor to help you through your grief. Where you are on the grief cycle is still in the 'disbelief' that he has died. This is in part to how he died and how you reacted to the news in the first place. It is normal to feel sad and to sometimes cry however, your grief is still profound and you need to seek help so that you do not become accustomed to living your life grieving for what can never be. It is always difficult to lose a loved one and when it is by an act that is senseless to us this makes it even more painfull. You must not feel guilty when you are having a good time because he is not still here. He would want you to be happy. I am so sorry for your grief and I do have understanding from my own life experience and in my line of work as I do a lot of grief counselling. Take care and try to give yourself happy memories of when you were together, it is laughter that helps us to heal as does the tears. Remember him as he was with you instead of the last thing you remembered at his funeral. Holding onto that keeps the grieving at that point in time. You may like to hold a small gathering and write messages to him on balloons and let them go. And then have a Wake where you just talk about what he was like, funny things he did, favourite music etc., with friends who knew him or his family if you are still in contact? Best wishes Best wishes

aww poor thing, 6 months is a long time! Just try and keep busy by reading, doing household jobs, and find hobbies you enjoy. and writing out how you feel and just letting all your emotions out every now and then helps too.

Sorry to hear it! But just keep your mind off of him and watch, movies, TV, read. You have to not think about him or it will make you miss him worse.

You could try phone sex or computer sex. I've honestly never understood the appeal of it, but a lot of people seem to be into it.
