I like delivery pizza the best and I'll eat pretty much anything except supreme because then I have to spend half an hour picking peppers and onions off of mine. If you want specifics:
If we're talking about delivery, I like Canadian bacon and pineapple from Dominos. If it's frozen then I like California Pizza Kitchen's thin crust "White" pizza (It's just spinach and cheese pizza).

b. It depends on the place. I usually like pan-pizzas, but I also love deep-dish pizzas from certain places. (Gino's East in Chicago has my favorite deep-dish pizzas. ^^)

Freschetta thin-crust 5-cheese pizza. Yes, it's frozen, but it's the only pizza I'll eat. So good!

I love pizza because it is so versitile. You can prepare it based upon your current craving or mood.
I am a big fan of fresh spices & herbs. That said, I love a pesto topped pizza with roasted garlic & sun dried tomatos.
When I get my veggie cravings, I love pizza with sautee'd spinach, artichokes & sun dried tomatos. Mmmm!
