I would like to enter a music college in Canada or in the US.

Any ideas?

It's okay if the music college in Canda is French.

What for the admission?

Is it expensive?

How can I get a scholarship?
Please, it's very important to me

Thanks a lot

This depends upon what you want to do with your music degree. If you are planning to become a music teacher, you could go to any decent music school and, assuming you are Canadian, I would recommend Canada because you stand a better chance of getting a scholarship in your own country than you do as an international student. If you plan to be a performer, composer, or conductor, you need to study with the best possible experts in your area, and I would go where the big names are. That probably means the U.S., but your chances of a scholarship there are smaller because unless you are incredibly good, you will be competing with everyone else.

Most American colleges do have FM stations, don't know if they're free or not. They don't have a very wide range though, maybe just the college campus or a couple blocks from it. Some high schools have FM stations too.
