Just think in the moment and everything will happen. Put yourself in that character and ask yourself how they would act.
Also, get an acting cooach!

If you're talking bout different character roles. Ask your self questions. Like y doesn't this character say this, what happend in her life that makes her say it. Try to draw out the characters emotions and use it while you're acting.

You normally have to be pretty good
