I need a little more info to better answer your question, but here's a general over view. If you are not 18 then your only option to get a non prepaid phone will be to add on to your parents account. This would make that line eligible for discount pricing with a contract. Who ever's name the account is in will have to sign the contract. If you get a little more specific I can answer your question better. As far as one phone over the other, it's really preference. The Motorola Razor is completely bluetooth meaning it can transfer items not just headset capable like the LG. I recommend the V3M. But again it goes back to personal preference. Both are good phones. Just remember that you have a 15 day guarantee with Alltel which will allow you to exchange the phone if need be.

Get a cellular telephone, than once you press a button, it shocks you. like those of the place you press the button on a pen and it shocks you. or pull a pretend gum out of a pretend gum %. and it shocks you.
