Sequins, tie some colorful rag strips to the band, paint a mural on the top where your foot goes, or glitter the edges.

Go to a craft store and find some beads you like, then glue them on to the straps :)

dress it up with a hot outfit! by hot I mean amazing lol try this, if its not your style, go for something else, but people will be soo taken with your outfit, they wont even notice that the flip flops are bland, they will think it ties the outfit together or just fits into the outfit.... you can change the colors around for this outfit depending on the color of your flip flops.....

you can superglue beads or rhinestones on them.
you can paint them.
you can color them with permenant markers.
