I just did. I ordered a bacon cheese burger well done with the salad bar and sweet tea. I had my salad, which was yummy then they brought my burger. I cut it in half and it was pink in the middle. I told my server I couldn't eat it like that. I was charged nothing for the salad bar and tea. I did leave him a tip though.

Nope, but I do like to eat at Ruby Tuesday's. I am surprised you got a free meal. 2 friends and I went there on the 20th of June for my birthday, I had the salad bar and a appetizer, another had the salad bar and the last a hamburger with fries. It was for lunch and I had finished my appetizer, my salad, gone back for seconds and my friend had not received her hamburger. we asked many times and finally the manager came over and apologized and he did sent a desert to share, but there wasn't any free meal!

I've had the same thing happen to me. I ordered a burger well done and it was still pink in the middle when they brought it out to me.

That was cool. I've only eaten once at Ruby Tuesday's years ago but I've been watching their commercials and I have to go back.
