I'm guessing this is a world wide thing, but in the UK you use your 1st pet's name as a 1st name and then the name of the street you grew up on as a surname .......................

Mine's "Chalky Petworth" ........... Quite catchy, and I quite like it!

When I was born, we lived on Plantation Drive and had a mutt named Queenie. So, in that line, my name would be

QUEENIE PLANTATION

I'm not digging it, so I'll go with the dog I knew and loved growing up: Star. Now the name of the street where I grew up is Valley View Drive, so Star Valley View doesn't really sound right. The next street over is Sherwood, so I'll go with
