They'll not only check your ID before buying alcohol, they'll also card you if you want to buy cigarettes. Business owners want to stay in business.

I would be amazed if you find any that do not id. There was a Chinese restaurant near here that did not id - until they had their liquor license suspended for a month. The loss of income was enough to put them out of business. A lot of local police forces also send in undercover underage testers who look older and then close the place down when they are not checked. Good luck in your search but don't be disappointed if you can't find places that sell you booze without checking.

Nope. There are clubs that you'll be able to get into--with a big black 'X' on the back of your hand because they'll card you at the door. And forget about having a friend go up to the bar and buy you a drink, if anyone who works in the club sees you drinking (and you'll stand out from the lack of glow-in-the-dark wristband and that big 'X') you'll get bounced out fast. And probably banned from the club.

I find it very amusing that a person who is looking to break the law (ie underage drinking) would make her plans using a website that posts her picture... And, no is the answer.

Probably not. For the past 30 years MA has had very, VERY strict enforcement.

Become an adult before you try and be one. Teenagers want to be all grown up so bad and when they do grow up, they wish they were kids again.
